Handgun Edit
I spent the weekend fixing the handgun model. I have re-modelled the handgun in a modular manner with less polys, I was able to achieve a nicer looking model this way and fix the geometry without merging vertex on the existing model, this verison of the model also looks much better from a first person perspective, I can apply this faster more efficient way of modelling to my other gun models, it also gave me better insight to how our guns fit together, here are some before and after screenshots:
