File Structuring (Google Drive) & Naming Conventions

Here is the Google account created for Flamingo Ninja, we could all access it via a shared log in username and password, the main reason for this account was to store work with proper file structuring and naming conventions, the team still uses individual Google accounts to post work to Blogger so we can see who's work is who's, here are some screenshots of the account/drive:

Naming Convention: 

Google Drive: BLKT_itemname_version_itemtype_creatorname

Engine: itemname_itemtype

The Google Drive folders will be inside of Project 'Blackout', each folder within Project 'Blackout' will be categorised in order as follows:
