Team Flowchart

We needed flow charts to illustrate what jobs need fulfilling and in what order to move on to the next tasks, we found a free online flow chart creating soft ware called 'draw.io' this allows us to create flow charts or make changes to existing flow charts online and directly link created/edited flow charts to the team google drive, it also avoids any pay monthly gimmicks and dangerous programmes. The flow chart it shows the flow of the project in it's entirety and it also locates any potential bottlenecks that could slow down the project, we can make changes to the gantt chart and team roles as we progress if any areas need extra people working on them to reduce bottlenecks. Here is a team flow chart based off of the roles set, this will help the team locate any potential bottlenecks in the long run, this is prone to change as the project makes progression:
