Alien Hunter Retopology (Carapace and eyes)
Done most of the retopo on the alien now. The carapace was a pain to do, had to edit the sculpt a bit to fix some faces being stuck in each other. Not sure what to do about the teeth just yet. Will (possibly) unwrap tonight and hand to Dan asap

Pistol Texture Changes, Emissives & Final Shotgun UV and Base Texture
I updated the pistol paint detail and had to change the position of the chamber holes and the gun name decals because it was hidden. Based on the emissive Dan done to the pistol which is now working, I was able to add my updates into engine and create the emissive for the shotgun myself, the base colours and details are on the shotgun and need paint details added over the weekend:

Finally got the main body done. All that's left is the extra parts of the sculpt to retopo and unwrap and then I'm done with it. Longest part out of the way at least.

As you can see I tried to create the celshading post process effect, but this was the closest I could come up with.

Drone Independence and Boss Gas Attack
Drone now moves a little bit more independently, the boss also now starts to leave behind lethal gasses when his health is below a certain amount.

Pistol Texture Detail - Final
I had major difficulty with making the base colours have detail with the shading, however, I added washed down bits of paint, scratches and dirt in the parts of the gun that need most detail, we also talked about adding screws to certain areas of the plating, I added two red stripes at the front of the gun also:

I fixed the problem with the shotgun geometry and broke the animation connection so it would unwrap properly, here's the final UV for the shotgun:

Shotgun UV Progress
Here is the current progress for the shotgun UV, I encountered some issues with some of the geomatry which needs fixing in order to carry on, like the pistol we removed some of the hidden unnecessary faces:
